2 pounds stew meat, cut into bite size pieces.

1 large can diced tomatoes (#2 1/2)

Vegetables: potatoes, small onions, celery, carrots

5 tsp minute tapioca

Place meat in pot and season with pepper, garlic powder.
Add cut up vegetables and canned tomatoes. Add minute tapioca and mix well.
Cover and bake slow (275 degrees) for 4-5 hours or until vegetables are tender.
Remove from oven and top with favorite cheese to melt before serving.
